This is, in my opinion, the most powerful and transformational course I offer. It is delicious, indulgent, magical and fantastic. It is an 8-week course of 2-hour classes that will blow your mind and adore your body.

This class was so much fun!! A big thanks to Sapphira (choreography assistant) and Nadia (producer) for their energy and help and also to the 19 women who came out to challenge themselves to learn 2 choreographies and perform them in 8 short weeks. It was an incredible experience…and a lot of fun.

On May 1st, Sophie gave birth to a baby girl named Daisy. Everyone is doing well and although Sophie will be off for the summer, she is back on the dance floor in September. She will be offering the Pussycat Dolls, Burlesque Babies performance and the NEW Boogie Down Babies classes. Check out the Classes page for more details and registration.

This spring, I’m happy to be heading out to a few places to do workshops; Oakville (at Aradia Fitness) and Fergus (at “Hush Me Not”) among them. Doing out-of-town workshops are so much fun; I’m really happy to have the opportunity to spread the fun. Here’s a great poster for the Aradia Oakville event with myself and Coco Framboise!

I’m really excited about doing another performance group. I haven’t done one in a few years so it’s going to be great. The dancers will be called the “Burlesque Babies” and the style will include influences from Nightclub Burlesque, Pussycat Dolls (Vegas-style) and Cabaret. Over the 8 weeks, dancers will learn not only choreography but about the art of performance. And of course, there is the great rush of working towards a goal and the adrenaline filling your body as you step out on stage. You just can’t beat it! There is no expectation of dance or performance experience so if you desire to kick-start your 2011, here’s one great way to do it! Check out my “Classes” page for all details.
